Use of Services

nTaskFlow grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our project management platform for personal or business purposes. You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user data
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
• Sublicense, sell, or transfer your access to the service
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

Subscription Plans and Payments

Free Plan

Our free plan includes basic features with limitations on projects, team members, and storage. No credit card required.

Premium Plans

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period

Intellectual Property Rights

The nTaskFlow platform, including its original content, features, functionality, logos, and branding, is owned by nTaskFlow and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• You retain ownership of content you create using our services
• You grant us a license to use your content solely to provide our services
• Our trademarks may not be used without prior written permission

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE, OR THAT IT WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NTASKFLOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO NTASKFLOW IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100 IF YOU USED THE FREE PLAN.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless nTaskFlow and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, or costs (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Third-Party Links

Our service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by nTaskFlow. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where nTaskFlow operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
